Ministerial Plan for the obligatory identification of prepaid phone card users

Following the recommendations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Ministerio del Interior), MÁSmóvil would like to help its customers in the task of linking their personal information to their MÁSmovil phone number. In order to do so, you just have to provide us with a copy (both sides) of your legal identification document for your MÁSmovil telephone.

MÁSmovil provides you with different ways to send us your information, so you can choose the easiest for you. You must know that if we don´t have that information, we will be legally forced to cancel your subscription(s) and disable your phone number(s).

You may choose from any of the following methods to send us your information:

• From your personal customer account YOSOYMÁS: There you will find the option "Mis Datos Personales" (My personal details) where you can fill in the web form with the subscriber information.
• Via email at datos@masmovil.es: Send us a digitized version, including both sides, of the legal identification document for the MÁSmovil subscriber. Please write in your email subject line "Mis Datos Personales –XXXXXXXXX, where the Xs should be the MÁSmovil phone number of the subscriber.
• Call 2373: Our customer service advisers will record your information.
• Via fax at 91 800 36 94: You will have to clearly point out in the document "Mis Datos Personales – XXXXXXXXX", where the Xs should be the MÁSmovil phone number.
