Portability means that you can keep your current mobile phone number when you change your operator to MÁSmovil. The portability process is easy and free. We take care of everything for you. You will continue with the services of your current operator until the portability is completed and the MÁSmovil service is ready for you.
The portability process starts as soon as you confirm the reception of the SIM card. The process normally takes 5 working days. The portability takes place between 2am and 6am. The only thing you have to do is to put your MÁSmovil SIM card into your phone because then it is ready to be used. We will send you an email the previous day as a reminder.
It's important that you don't cancel your contract with your current operator during the portability process as it will be cancelled automatically when we order the transfer of your number. If you cancel it yourself we will have problems transferring your number because it will then belong to an inactive card.
YOSOYMÁS is a personal online account for MÁSmovil clients. The username is your phone number and you receive the password by email when you request your SIM card. If you buy your SIM card in a shop your password will be your PUK code. If, for any reason, you don´t have your password you may always click on “Olvidé mi contraseña” (I have forgotten my password) and you will receive it again by SMS and email. From your account YOSOYMÁS you can:
If you top up and use your SIM card it will always be valid and the number will not expire.
If you are out of credit and you don´t top up, you will not be able to use MÁSmovil services in an active way but you will be able to receive phone calls, SMS and MMS (soft-block).
If you don´t top up in 30 days since you have run out of credit, you will not receive calls, SMS or MMS (hard-block).
If you don´t top up in 90 days after you have run out of credit, your SIM card will be blocked permanently and you will lose your phone number. During these 90 days you will be able to call 112 (emergency line) and top up by calling MÁSmovil Customer Service at 2373.
If you get your SIM card and you don´t activate it within 60 days it will also be blocked permanently and you will lose your phone number.
If you acquire your SIM card through this website or by calling 1473 you will get it by mail or by Courier. Before you start to use it you need to actívate it, either online (in your personal area - YOSOYMAS) or by calling 91 258 79 05.
If you ordered a new number, you may start using your SIM card a few minutes after activation.
If you requested portability, it takes about 5 working days from the day that you confirm the reception of your SIM card (meanwhile you can still use the service of your old operator).
If you acquire your SIM card in a shop, you can just put your SIM card into your mobile phone and start using it.
