ACTIVATE ROAMING
If you are traveling outside Spain, you will need to activate the roaming service.
If you are a customer on Pay-as-you-go or Automatic Top-Up payment plans, roaming services for calls and data are automatically activated. If, on the other hand, you are a Direct Debit customer, you must request that roaming services be activated by calling 2373 at least 48 hours prior to your date of travel. To activate this service, you must first have paid your initial MÁSMÓVIL bill.
If you are on Contract, you must request roaming by calling 2373 at least 48 hours before you travel. To activate this service, you must have already paid your first MASMOVIL invoice.

- Price per minute within the European Union: for the first 30 seconds 0,00€, the remaining seconds are charged at 0,0048€/second (0,0058€/second Incl. IVA).
- The cost of sending an SMS from the European Union to another destination in the European Union: 0,09€ (0,11€ Incl. IVA) and in all other zones 0,45€ (0,54€ Incl. IVA).
- The cost of sending an MMS: 3€ (3,63€ Incl. IVA).
- Calls with "special" roaming rates (maritime and satellite): 0,45€/min (0,54€/min Incl. IVA); 8,52€/min (10,31€/min Incl. IVA).
- MÁSMÓVIL does not offer roaming services in certain countries, (you can check them out here), although we strive to continuously expand, on a monthly basis, the number of countries with roaming coverage.
