Co-founder and CEO of MÁSMÓV!L. A law graduate (Graz/Austria and Trieste/Italy), Maini has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and the Italian Business School SDA Bocconi (Milan). He was a consultant in McKinsey where he was Engagement Manager and a member of the "European Telecom Practice". During this time he gained extensive international experience in Austria, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Co-founder and Director of the International Division of MÁSMÓV!L. An Economics Master from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), (Norway and USA) and an MBA from the Italian Business School SDA Bocconi (Milan). He worked as a manager for Ericsson in several countries, specifically in the Business Development area, and as a consultant in the MVNO sector in Spain.

Managing Director of MÁSMÓV!L. Graduate in Economic Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), Masters in Company Management and Diploma in Strategic Planning from the IESE Business School. Since 1994 he has concentrated his professional career in the mobile phone sector (Airtel, Amena) and, among other positions, has been Business Managing Director in Orange/Amena and has extensive experience in Client Management, Marketing and Sales.

Customer Services Manager. Graduate in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, specialising in Business Psychology (Complutense University of Madrid). She has developed her professional career in the telecommunications sector as Account Manager in Teletech, a part of the Telefónica Group and as the Mobile Phone Operations and Customer Services Centre Manager for Jazztel.

Financial Director. Graduate in Law and Business Studies from ICADE (Madrid), he has extensive experience in banking and finance, having served as Investors Relations Director at INDRA and Financial Sector Manager at AlignKapital. Previously worked as an analyst for Banif, beta Capital and Santander Investment.
