Management Team

Meinrad (Maini) Spenger CEO and co-founder of MÁSmovil. He has a Law degree from Graz(Austria) and Trieste (Italy)and obtained his MBA at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid and at the Italian business school SDA Bocconi in Milan. For five years he worked as a consultant for McKinsey, where he held the position as Engagement Manager and was member of the European Telecom Practice. At this stage in his career he gained extensive international experience in countries like Austria, Germany, Italy and Spain..

Christian (Chris) Nyborg COO and co-founder of MÁSmovil. He has a Master in Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) from (Norway/USA) and obtained his MBA at the Italian business school SDA Bocconi in Milan. Previously, he worked in different countries as a director for Ericsson, specifically in the Business development area. He worked also as a consultant in the MVNO sector in Spain.

José Ferrer de Lucio Strategy Advisor. He has a degree in Economic Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master in Business Administration and a Diploma in Strategic Planification from IESE. Since 1994 he has focused his career on the telecom sector (Airtel, Amena). He has been, among other positions, General Manager of companies like Orange/Amena. He also has extensive experience in Customer Management, Marketing and Sales.

Pär (Per) Waller Managing Director. He was the President of Teletech, the biggest Call Center in Spain. He worked worldwide for Ericsson, specifically in South America and held several responsible positions within Ericsson.

Celestino Fernández Sales Manager. He is responsible of the national distribution. Celestino came from British Telecom (BT), where he was the Director of the Distribution channel. Before that, he had been Team Leader at Vodafone for the area of Madrid.

Beatriz Montalvo de Andrés Customer Service Director. She obtained a degree in psychology from the University of Madrid, specialized in Industrial Psychology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). She has developed her professional career within the Telecom sector and worked as Operational Manager and Account Manager at the Telefónica Group, in the company Teletech as Operational Manager for Telefónica Móviles and was responsible for the customer service center at Jazztel.

Agustin del Valle Financial Director. Degree in Business and Law from ICADE (Madrid). He has extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors. He worked as an Investor Relationship Director at INDRA and as a Finance Director at AlignKapital. Previously, he had worked as Analyst at Banif, Beta Capital and Santander Investment.

Karl-Christian Agerup Northzone Ventures. Founder of Northzone Ventures. Ex- consultant at McKinsey and promoter of entrepreneurial projects.
