MÃSmovil offers you the most requested services for mobile phone customers in Spain. The efficient management of our resources and our agreements with the best national and international suppliers enable us to reduce costs to a minimum and we offer not just a cheap USB modem but the same service that is offered by other operators only at a much lower price.

Services for your personal account YOSOYMÃS

    You can access, for example, with our cheap USB modem:
  • See a complete list of made calls and sent SMS with duration, date and cost.
  • Set up your phone for mobile Internet and MMS.
  • Print receipts of all top ups you made.
  • Enable or disable the Contracto MÃSlibre, the cheap USB modem is separate from your contract, if you deactivate it your phone will still work.
  • Enable or disable the automatic prepayment (which allows you to have your credit automatically topped up when it reaches a minimum or tops up on a particular day of the month). Deactivating it, your cheap USB modem will remain operational.


   

Other useful services

  • Portability of mobile phone numbers from other operators, (we'll take care of the entire process for you).
  • Check your available credit from your terminal.
  • Call divert. Very useful when you browse the internet using your phone as a modem.
  • Conference.
  • Call waiting.
  • Hide your number.
  • Selection of numbers and gold number. If you wish you can keep your current number or you can choose a new number with MÃSmovil.
  • Pass credit on to another MÃSmovil number (monthly maximum €5).
  • Top up your credit from your terminal. You might want to check out the table.


   

Notification and alert services

  • SMS notification of missed calls and new voice mail messages. This service is really useful if you cannot receive calls because you use your phone as a modem, instead of using a USB modem.
  • SMS notification when your credit reaches €3
  • SMS notification when your credit is €7 (with Prepago Automático).
  • SMS confirmation once a top up has been made
  • SMS notification to automatically top up with Prepago Automático (you always have the option to accept or reject the automatic top up)


   

Other services related to your SIM card

  • SIM lock (if lost or stolen, we block it, same if your cheap USB modem has been stolen - with the SIM card – or lost)
  • SIM unlocking (if you find the lost card).
  • Replacement Card (if you lose your SIM card, we send you a new one).
