Activate your roaming, international coverage

Call everyone anytime thanks to MÁSmovil

To make or receive calls or text messages when you are abroad, using the roaming service you should activate the Contrato MÁSlibre or the Prepago Automático. To obtain this international coverage you must top up at least twice through the following methods:

• Automatic top up by Prepago Automático, manage your credit.
• Recarga Rápida on MÁsmovil’s website.
• Through the MÁSmovil menu on your mobile phone.

The activation of the international roaming service is free and you should ask for it by calling 2373 and at least 48hrs in advance of your trip.

If you wish to have access to your voice mail when you are abroad, you have to set up a password for your voice mail before you start your travels. To do so, call 242 and select Option 4 + Option 1 + Option 1 and type in a password. The roaming service will be activated that way.

When abroad, you can access your voice mail by dialing 242 from countries with CAMEL coverage (most of them do have it) or by calling +34 656 24 22 42 for countries without CAMEL coverage. For both options you must use the password you have set up to be able to listen to your voice mail.
